We are forever developing ways to better manage organics in our business and for our partners. This includes connecting greenhouses to anaerobic digesters and developing fertilizer systems to further the recycling efforts. By operating our business this way, we have become vertically oriented in managing organics.

Wayne Bishop

President, CH4 Energy

Wayne has devoted the past 8-years developing anaerobic digestion technology, both HSAD and LSAD. Wayne has had over 25-years developing energy projects, oil and gas, conventional power and renewable energy with a California Class “A” Contractors License, designing and building, power plants, bridges, and airports.

Brandon Julian

Brandon Julian, is a skilled and highly successful entrepreneur with over 25 years of business experience in the US, Asia and Europe. Brandon brings proven leadership and a keen insight and understanding of global markets. He knows what it takes to develop both a product and a brand — he has done it many times. Under my leadership at PEG, we successfully acquired exclusive worldwide rights for the patented Anaerobic Digestion – IBR technology, and have successfully built our first pilot demonstration system in California

Jacob Dustin PE, PhD

Senior Environmental Engineer

Jake brings to the team over 35 years of leadership and relevant technical experience, including a distinguished 25 year career in the US Air Force as a pilot, an engineer and a commander. His last posting before retirement was as Executive Director of the Environmental Program for Air Mobility Command. Part of his Air Force experience also includes a tour flying typhoon reconnaissance missions throughout the Pacific and he has firsthand knowledge of the logistical challenges and opportunities of that region. In civilian life he has served as a Program Manager with a major international Architectural and Engineering firm overseeing environmental contracts for the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy and also co-founded a start-up Engineering Consulting firm specializing in Renewable Energy.

Daniel Mann

Business Development

Daniel Mann was leading the US business development efforts of MT-Energie USA as Chief Business Development Officer from 2006 to 2010. Previously, Daniel headed an IT company for 7 years while earning both his bachelor and master degrees in Industrial Engineering. He has experience in the agriculture machinery production industry as well as extensive IT knowledge.

Clas Busack

Commissioning Engineer, GICON Engineering North America GmbH

Areas of Work: Bioenergy systems, for biogas plants utilizing the two-stage percolation process (GICON Process) and other dry and wet fermentation processes: Project management, Process design, technical and plant-specific concept planning, Basic and detail engineering, Preparation of technical specifications for equipment as part of Request for Proposals and purchase orders, Preparation of detailed estimates for plant control and automation, Planning and execution of commissioning, Optimization of technical parameters for operational biogas plants.
